At Prime Fitness we offer a variety of classes that change every month.
Classes can be tailored for the beginner exercisers to the advanced, so there is no previous experience required. When you register for a series of classes you’ll progress with the class each week, learn new exercises, and discover strength you never knew you had!
All classes function on a pre-register and month to month basis. Classes are limited to 12 participants, please call or email to save your spot. Credit cards accepted by email or phone registration.
The schedule becomes available the 1st Wednesday of every month.
