Kelsey Valiant - Motivation triumph!

My struggle has always been the motivation to start working out; I lacked the enthusiasm to get on my treadmill or to pick up the weight and workout. When I was younger I was on the yo-yo diet system, I would lose 10lbs and gain 15lbs back. I got sick of the cycle and was tired of being unhappy; I decided that I needed to make a lifestyle change that would last the rest of my life!

I started working out on my own and lost 100lbs and then I hit a plateau. With the numbers no longer moving I was getting depressed, losing motivation, and almost felt like giving up.  Then I found Prime Fitness. I joined the group classes once a week in January 2008 and then in March I started working with a personal trainer at the studio.

When I started training with Sarah my body got the kick start that it needed. The workouts pushed me through the plateau and I started losing weight, dropping inches and toning up! This has been the best experience and I would recommend Prime Fitness Training to anyone. It has been a huge help in my weight loss journey and I plan to continue!

I don’t think I could pin point just one achievement that has been the most rewarding. I have already passed my first goal of losing 100lbs and now I would like to get down to my ideal weight. In the future I would also like to complete a marathon and a Triathlon.
