I’ve always been an active person and been able to maintain a healthy weight, but for many years I struggled with losing those last few pounds and toning up specific areas of my body. While I never had a problem going to the gym, I always fell into the same routine of doing what I was comfortable with and never was able to push myself as hard as I needed to, or try new exercises.
After three months of working with Carrie Robinson, I have been able to see noticeable differences in the areas I want to tone. As a result of Carrie’s vast knowledge of targeted exercises, I gained a ton of confidence in my ability. Due to boosted confidence and Carrie’s follow-up, I have been able to maintain a regular schedule of activity throughout the week. I have found that I am much more confident working out on my own when I’m not at Prime Fitness and am able to get so much more out of my workouts than I did prior to having a personal trainer.
Carrie makes working out fun, super challenging, and most importantly, she makes it rewarding! I always look forward to trying new exercises with Carrie. She always seems to have more ‘tricks up her sleeve’ and has no problem adapting my program to suit my needs. My reassessment after two months was super encouraging and I cannot wait for my next one. Having Carrie by my side has helped me live a more balanced and active life.
